Weight Loss Plan

I have recently been following the weight loss plan on super skinny me. It is a 12 week plan that will really help people get in shape. There is a beginner and advanced one on their website but I usually do the intermediate. For cardio, I usually run on the elliptical for however long it says and for HIIT, I usually do sprints on the treadmill for that amount of time. http://www.superskinnyme.com/weight-loss-exercise-plan.html/2
