My Character Strengths

My Top Strength: Humor and playfulness- I hate being serious. Life is always more fun with humor so I always try to make everything funny. My Second Strength: Self-control and self-regulation- This kind of goes with my Genious Hour goal. I need to have self-control in order to keep a solid diet and keep on going to the gym regularly. My Third Strength: Gratitude- I'm always very appreciative when my parents or friends go out of their way for me or when they do something for me, I always say thank you.

Breakfast

I always start the day off with the most important meal- breakfast. I'm always in a rush to get to school and don't have time to sit down and eat, so I prepare a green smoothie every morning. I usually put 2-3 frozen fruit for a thicker texture, almond milk or coconut water, and spinach. Spinach is very high in antioxidants and is a rich source of iron, potassium, calcium, and vitamins. My favorite is a frozen mango and fresh banana smoothie.

Introduction

Hey I'm Lindsie! My goal for Genius Hour is to create a diet plan that will help lose body fat and gain muscle by going to the gym and eating right. I plan on posting recipes/ meals of what to eat and what exercises to do. I've never had the ideal body I've always wanted to, so by following this guide, I'm hoping I'll look fit by the time I leave for Spring Break!
