Breakfast

I always start the day off with the most important meal- breakfast. I'm always in a rush to get to school and don't have time to sit down and eat, so I prepare a green smoothie every morning. I usually put 2-3 frozen fruit for a thicker texture, almond milk or coconut water, and spinach. Spinach is very high in antioxidants and is a rich source of iron, potassium, calcium, and vitamins. My favorite is a frozen mango and fresh banana smoothie.

  1. I have a green smoothie EVERY morning! Mine is similar to yours, but I add protein powder and chia seeds. Love that serving of veggies right away in the morning. :)

  2. I had a friend recently make me a smoothie, it was so delicious and woke me up. I keep bugging my mom to buy a blender so I can start making them in the morning. I do favor the fruit smoothies over the ones filled with veggies. They taste better.
